Xu Wenwen, known as “Yin Yang,” is a Feng Shui master in Doupo village, located in Pengyang County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The area faces severe drought, making it hard for farmers to access water for their crops and homes. To address this issue, the Pengyang County Water Conservancy Bureau plans to repair water cellars with government subsidies. However, limited funding means not all families can receive assistance, leading to competition for water storage rights among villagers.
