Synopsis
BBC Wildlife Specials is a series of nature documentaries that began with a pilot episode in 1995, showcasing the work of leading natural history filmmakers. The series has produced 20 episodes to date, with the first 18 narrated by renowned broadcaster David Attenborough until 2008, followed by two episodes narrated by David Tennant. Initially produced by the BBC's Natural History Unit, more recent installments, including the "Spy in the..." titles, were created by John Downer Productions, highlighting the world's most charismatic animals.
