Synopsis
Barbara, a 25-year-old woman from Accra, Ghana, reflects on her childhood spent in slave labor. At eight years old, she faced abuse and violence, a fate shared by many children in her country. Now, she supports her parents financially, but their demands continue to grow. Barbara, along with her eldest brother Kweku, returns to their hometown to address family issues. Before resolving these matters, she must confront her parents about their past.
