Vitaly Mansky, a director based in Moscow, lives in the same house where documentary filmmaker Dziga Vertov once resided. In "Vertov Windows," five directors from Helsinki, Rome, Budapest, Brussels, and Moscow create films about their cities. Each segment reflects the unique perspectives of the directors and the environments they inhabit.
