Hengji Patidar and Velji Mali are among the few who remember Veer Ras, a traditional singing form from Partapur, Rajasthan. This 11-minute documentary captures the fading art that has been part of local culture for centuries. Made during the Sandarbh International Artist Residency in the winter of 2015, the film reflects on the decline of oral traditions and the knowledge that is at risk of being lost.
