Synopsis

Roubaix, a city marked by its industrial decline, serves as the backdrop for a six-month project where locals reflect on impactful moments from their past. Filmmaker focuses on the thoughts of townspeople, asking them to share experiences that changed them. Through thirteen sequence shots and microscopic images, the film constructs a visual map of personal transformations. The work contrasts distant imagery with intimate voices, creating a space for shared and individual identities.
