In the underground music scene of Milan, individuals from various squats and collectives come together. Over five years, "Uragano negli occhi" documents their lives through interviews, flyers, and photographs. The film captures the energy of hardcore punk concerts and illegal occupations. It presents a self-produced narrative that reflects the vibrant Do It Yourself culture in the city. Two zines accompany the film, featuring over a hundred colored pages and a hand screen-printed cover, with 350 numbered copies produced.
