Synopsis
Filmmaker Michael Glawogger traveled through the Balkans, Italy, and Northwest and West Africa before his death in April 2014. He left behind over four months of footage. Film editor Monika Willi took on the challenge of assembling this material into a cohesive narrative. The documentary presents various cultures and settings encountered during Glawogger's filming. It reflects his vision and commitment to storytelling through observation and the unexpected moments of travel.
