Synopsis
Two strangers exchange homes for 24 hours, each armed with a portable video camera. They film their experiences in unfamiliar spaces, capturing personal objects and daily routines. Participants create mental images of each other while reflecting on their own lives. At the end of the day, they share personal reports about their impressions of the "other." "Two Way Street" examines urban solitude and the connections formed through the act of looking and being looked at. The film runs for 75 minutes and was released in 2004.
