Michael Moore hosts TV Nation, a satirical newsmagazine series that aired on NBC and BBC2 in 1994. The program combines humor with journalism to address various social and political issues. Following the success of Moore's documentary Roger & Me, NBC green-lit a pilot episode in January 1993. After three months of production, the show debuted in the summer lineup. In its second season on Fox, TV Nation won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Informational Series in 1995.
