Synopsis
On March 19, 2022, Hafþór Björnsson faced Eddie Hall in what was billed as "The Heaviest Boxing Match in History." Both men are former champions of the World's Strongest Man competition, owned by IMG Worldwide. The match was initially scheduled for September 18, 2021, at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, but was postponed due to Hall's injury. Björnsson had previously fought Devon Larratt in a replacement match in Dubai. This bout marked Hall's debut in boxing and Björnsson's fourth match.
