Synopsis
A filmmaker, exiled from Iran, confronts her family's silence about a cousin who disappeared during the 1988 political purges. After the ban on her 2009 film about the Green Movement, she returns to the painful history of her family. Through personal interviews and archival footage, she seeks to understand the fate of her cousin, executed in a wave of violence against dissenters. The documentary runs for 103 minutes and focuses on themes of political repression and human rights.
