Synopsis
Tiffany Sia meets actor Shih Chun in Taiwan's Hehuanshan mountains. Chun, known for his roles in King Hu’s films like Dragon Inn and Touch of Zen, guides Sia to the locations where these iconic movies were filmed. He shares insights on the ideal weather conditions for capturing the scenery. The documentary also visits the elementary school of Pilin Yapu, an Indigenous filmmaker and principal. Text burned into the frame replaces traditional subtitles, creating a unique mode of translation.
