Synopsis

In 1939, Paul Kosok, a U.S. scientist, discovers some lines that stretch across the Peruvian Pampa, leading to ongoing intrigue about their purpose. These lines and drawings, which have not eroded due to the lack of rain, remain a mystery. According to mathematician Maria Reiche, the Paracas and Nazca cultures created these geoglyphs. Reiche dedicates 40 years of her life to unraveling this enigma, asserting that the largest book on Astronomy in the world is inscribed across the prairie by these ancient civilizations. The documentary highlights the significance of these lines and the efforts of researchers to understand their origins and meanings.
