This 28 to 32 mile race challenged competitors to reach the glacial summit of Mount Baker and return. The event lasted only three years due to its dangers. Director Brian Young uses a docudrama style, incorporating vintage images, historic film footage, and 3D effects. Actor William B. Davis dramatizes the experiences of early participants in this unique sporting event.
