Loiya, a young man from Imphal, dreams of turning the barren hilltop of Langol into a green space. A group of volunteers joins him in this effort. Together, they work to restore the environment and bring life to the area. As the seasons change, their collective actions transform Langol and its surroundings. The film documents this initiative over a period of 33 minutes in 2022.
