Synopsis

In rural Mexico, activists gather to protect their land from industrial encroachment. In Spain, community members unite to resist similar threats, while in Germany, environmentalists mobilize against destructive practices. "The Dreams We Share" follows these groups as they forge a global network of resistance. Set against the backdrop of a deteriorating planet, the documentary envisions a future where collective action halts environmental decline by 2050.
