Synopsis
At the Waihopai spy base in New Zealand, a farmer, teacher, and priest attempt to deflate a giant radome in protest against the country's involvement in the US-led wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Concurrently, a raid on an internet millionaire's mansion leads to an investigation revealing illegal domestic surveillance by the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB). Amidst government efforts to pass laws legalizing spying on citizens, an NSA contractor exposes the Five Eyes network's global mass surveillance practices.
