Synopsis
In the streets of Hong Kong, a collective known as ST/ART works to legitimize street art in a city dominated by concrete. Artists navigate the challenges of creating their work while evading police, often painting at dawn. Their mission is to break away from mainstream art conventions and assert their presence in the urban environment. "Tagspotting," completed in August 2006, captures the dynamic and often risky world of these street artists. The documentary is directed by Cassandra Chan, Emma-Jade Li, Edwin Lee, Manami Szymko, and Marcus Tsui.
