Two 12-year-olds from Kiev attend the Azovez camp, where they learn to fight and follow orders as part of a program to shape future patriotic warriors.
Synopsis
Jasmin and Jastrip, both 12 years old, attend the Azovez camp in Ukraine. Jasmin comes from a supportive family and strives for success. Jastrip, on the other hand, seeks love and attention, having faced neglect. At the camp, they learn military skills, including fighting and following orders. Over time, their experiences at Azovez shape their identities as they are taught to embody the ideals of a new generation of Ukrainians. The documentary runs for 78 minutes and was released in 2019.
