Synopsis

On April 2, 2020, residents of Perm faced a strict self-isolation regime due to the coronavirus pandemic. Patrol cars monitored the streets, urging citizens to remain at home. Movement was limited to 100 meters from their residences, with exceptions for dog walking and essential trips to grocery stores and pharmacies. People over 60 were advised to stay indoors. Initially, the streets were deserted, but by the end of April, more residents ventured outside, often enjoying irgi berries during their walks.
