In the Tohoku region, survivors of the Great East Japan Earthquake share their stories in intimate dialogues. Co-directed by Sakai Ko and Hamaguchi Ryusuke, this documentary is the third installment of a trilogy that includes The Sound of Waves and Voices from the Waves. It addresses the challenge of passing down experiences of the disaster to future generations. Folk tales from the area serve as a medium for these narratives, connecting past and present.
