Synopsis

Bingbing faces a relationship crisis at thirty while working in a struggling hotel in Tibet. The hotel staff, who have lived there for years, lack jobs and often tease female guests. Despite their mutual dislike, they depend on one another. Bingbing's partner wants to buy an off-road vehicle to start a tourism business, but financial pressures mount. After borrowing money for the car, tensions rise as Bingbing hopes for changes at the hotel, leading to conflict among the staff.
