Synopsis

Near Land's End in Cornwall, ancient stones stand as remnants of a past civilization. "Standing with Stones" features 100 megalithic monuments throughout England, Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. The documentary tracks these sites over two years. It concludes at the Tomb of the Eagles on Orkney. The film presents a detailed look at the variety and significance of these historical structures. It runs for 135 minutes and was released in 2008.
