Synopsis
Mariam Shaar has lived her entire life in the Burj El Barajneh refugee camp near Beirut, Lebanon. In 2017, she starts a catering company called Soufra. With the help of other women from the camp, she expands the business into a food truck. The documentary follows Mariam and her team as they work to improve their lives through entrepreneurship. Their efforts reflect a commitment to building a better future for themselves and their families.
