Mrs. Pequenita stands alone in Sobradinho, a ghost town submerged after the construction of a dam and hydroelectric plant in the 1970s. The military regime at the time displaced 73,000 people, marking one of Brazil's largest forced migrations. Four cities and numerous villages vanished beneath the water. Pequenita receives visits from three social agents who bring old videos and photos of the region, connecting the past to the present in this 71-minute documentary directed by Cláudio Marques.
