Synopsis
In Alberta, Nova Scotia, and the Northwest Territories, LGBTQ2S+ individuals and their allies prepare for local Pride celebrations. They organize events in church basements, classrooms, and kitchens. Despite facing opposition from conservative town councils that refuse to fly the rainbow flag, these communities strive to create safe spaces for youth. Personal stories reveal the joys and challenges of being queer in small towns. The film runs for 61 minutes and was directed by Chelle Turingan.
