Synopsis
Sister Kam works in a back alley of Mongkok, washing dishes late into the night. She fights with rubbish collectors and boasts to waiters about her skills in butchering. Each day, she rises at 5:30am to begin her routine again. The film captures her life and the struggles faced by those in the hidden corners of Hong Kong, where stories of hard work and survival unfold. The documentary runs for 24 minutes and was released in 2013.
