Synopsis

Bicyclists traverse the rolling hills of Iowa during RAGBRAI, the annual bike ride across the state. "Shift" features intimate interviews with three riders and two community leaders. They confront physical challenges and personal struggles over the course of the event. Through their experiences, the film captures moments of peace and clarity found on the road.
