Synopsis

Actors and directors at Shakespeare’s Globe in London prepare for a production of Romeo and Juliet. The film captures daily activities at the reconstructed sixteenth-century playhouse. It features behind-the-scenes preparations, rehearsals, and performance snippets. Globe Education workshops and tours are included, along with insights from actors, musicians, and experts on the original practices of the historic theatre. The documentary runs for 50 minutes.
