Synopsis

In December 1918, British warships arrived on the Latvian coast, marking the beginning of international support for Latvia's fight for independence. The film details the political and military struggles faced by the newly established state after World War I. It draws on historical documents, including reports from Austin Keenan, head of the British military mission, and diplomat Herbert Grant Watson.
