Synopsis

In the dimly lit tunnels and train carriages, a group of androgynous figures performs choreographies that merge breakdance and voguing. These dance styles, rooted in black American communities, serve as a platform for expressing a vision of inclusivity. Director Luiz Roque captures the ritualistic movements that reflect a queer state of hybridization. The dancers create an environment where identity and expression converge, challenging conventional norms surrounding gender and art.
