Synopsis
Gustavo Garzón Guzmán, an Ecuadorian writer, was arrested in 1989 for alleged ties to the political group Movimiento Montoneras Patria Libre (MPL). After a year in prison, he regained his freedom. On November 10, 1990, while returning to his literary studies, he disappeared during the presidency of Rodrigo Borja Cevallos.
