Synopsis

In December 2006, peak hour traffic in Moscow stretches for five to six hours, creating a chaotic environment for drivers. The traffic police, instead of providing assistance, are viewed as a hazard and are often accused of corruption. Viktor Pokhmelkin, the head of the Russian Driver's Movement, highlights the dangers of the roads, stating, 'It's a car jungle where the survivors have to be rhinoceroses.' In just one week, Moscow experiences 200 serious accidents, resulting in ten fatalities. Pokhmelkin's primary concern revolves around the traffic police, who prioritize the needs of VIPs over public safety, exacerbating the already perilous driving conditions.
