Synopsis
Luke Kingdon runs 60 kilometers around Uluru to raise awareness about mental health and suicide in Australia. At 23 years old, the Brisbane athlete is motivated by rising suicide rates and personal losses in his community. He sets a fundraising goal of $30,000 for Reach Out, a mental health support organization. The documentary follows his preparation and the challenges he faces as he attempts to complete the run, risking his health and career in the process.
