As the oldest transformist in the city, he performed with the Barreto Junior Company and graced the stages of the Almare and Morroco theaters. Lima was also a co-founder of the Companhia Tra-la-lá, a swish theater known for its lively performances. He gained fame for his imitations of iconic figures like Sarita Montiel and Carmem Miranda.
