Les D'Arcy, at 89 years old, prepares for the over 80s Table Tennis Championships in Inner Mongolia. A seven-time world champion, he maintains his training regimen by lifting weights, a practice he has followed for decades. Competing alongside him is Dorothy deLow, a 100-year-old Australian who has become a celebrity in the sport. Lisa Modlich, a Texan and 15 years younger than deLow, aims for her first gold medal. Director Hugh Hartford follows eight players from five countries as they approach this unique competition.
