Synopsis

Joaquín Torres-García's mural, Pax in Lucem, was thought lost in a fire at the Museum of Modern Art in Rio de Janeiro in 1978. The film follows his great-grandson, Alexander, as he discovers three large fragments of the mural. This finding prompts a deeper look into Torres-García's life and work. Released in 2024, the documentary coincides with the 150th anniversary of the artist's birth.
