Thirteen-year-old Roma lives on the streets of Ukraine during the 2014 Ukrainian Revolution. He faces neglect from his family and the state. As political unrest unfolds, Roma's daily life reflects the struggles of many marginalized youth in the country. His experiences reveal the challenges of survival and the search for hope amid chaos. Directed by Olha Zhurba, "Outside" runs for 79 minutes and features interviews in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
