Synopsis

In a first-grade classroom, a teacher patiently guides 13 students through the fundamentals of reading and writing. The children engage in playful activities, drawing fish as part of their learning process. They laugh, disagree, and face challenges while concentrating on each letter and syllable. The film captures their small adventures with pencils and erasers, illustrating the balance of play and seriousness required to master one of life’s essential skills.
