Synopsis

At Santa Catarina Residence in the village of Reboleiro, 103 elderly residents navigate their daily routines. They wake up and walk through the corridors, while some engage in exercises in the living room. Staff members manage the kitchen and laundry, and the president oversees vacancies. A psychologist conducts memory interviews with the residents. Many of them, once country dwellers, express a longing for their former homes. They seek connection, knocking on each other's doors and waiting for companionship.
