Notorious Deeds

Synopsis

In October 1989, a secondary school student vanishes in Bucharest. He reappears weeks later at a Communist Youth meeting, where he faces accusations of "reprehensible actions." A high-ranking communist official labels his deeds as "notorious" and expels him from the organization and his school. Twenty-five years later, those involved recount their experiences, revealing the oppressive climate of political repression in Romania.
