Synopsis
Oba, a character transported from West Africa to the Caribbean in the late 15th century, encounters Christopher Columbus, portrayed as a vampire. Together, they engage in a dark alliance tied to colonialism and human trafficking. Over 500 years, they manipulate events in the Western Hemisphere, spreading vampirism. The film combines various genres to address themes of guilt and complicity in imperial conquest. It questions the possibility of decolonization when such conditioning is deeply rooted.
