Synopsis

Daphne Menard sings a traditional Haitian song about a young man arrested while buying coffee in Port-au-Prince. Over ten nights, the film captures the atmosphere of the city during the Quatre Chemins Festival. Guy Regis Junior's mother shares her lottery dreams and the methods for interpreting them. Two theater students from ENARTS rehearse a speech for the event. The documentary reflects on material and poetic transformation through dreams and darkness.
