Synopsis

Nadia Nadim reflects on her life as an Afghan refugee and professional footballer. After fleeing Kabul in 2000 following her father's murder by the Taliban, she became a striker for Denmark's national team and Paris Saint-Germain. As the Taliban regained control in Afghanistan, Nadia decided to pursue a career as a reconstructive surgeon. She aims to heal her homeland, driven by her personal experiences and a desire to make a difference. Directed by Anissa Bonnefont, the film runs for 90 minutes.
