Synopsis
Iraqi theater director Mohsen Sadoon Yasin has lived much of his life in exile. His daughter, Ishtar Yasin Gutiérrez, creates a film portrait of him in "My Lost Country." The documentary reflects on their separation from Iraq, a place that has changed beyond recognition. It captures their longing for a homeland that feels more like an idea than a tangible reality. The film runs for 94 minutes.
