Synopsis
Žanas, a former addict, runs a rehabilitation center on an abandoned farm in Lithuania. This refuge provides support for recovering addicts and former prisoners. Among them is Matas, a 14-year-old boy seeking relief from his traumatic past. As Matas and Žanas develop a bond, they confront personal challenges and the process of healing. The film, directed by Vytautas Puidokas, captures their experiences and the role of community in recovery. "Murmuring Hearts" runs for 80 minutes and was released in 2024.
