Synopsis
Mohsen, the head keeper at Iran's second largest zoo, takes his 4-year-old Bengal tiger, Maya, to the Caspian Sea to perform in a fiction film. This region was once home to the now-extinct Caspian tiger. During the shoot, Mohsen allows Maya to roam freely, marking her as the first tiger in Iran to experience such freedom in over 60 years. As the trip unfolds, it challenges Mohsen's bond with Maya and reveals troubling aspects of animal captivity.
