Synopsis

Paul, a father of three in Dublin, works part-time at a mattress showroom owned by Michael. Facing unemployment, he creates the character Mattress Mick to boost sales. This leads to the production of quirky promotional videos featuring rap songs and monkey puppets. The videos go viral, prompting Paul to shift his focus to social media marketing. Set against Ireland's economic austerity, the narrative addresses job security and the challenges of credit in a bid for success.
