Synopsis

The Manu River flows along the eastern edge of the Peruvian Andes, winding through Manu National Park and Biosphere Reserve. Over several years, the film captures the lives of various species in this rich ecosystem. A family of giant Harpy Eagles hunts monkeys and sloths to feed their chick. Other inhabitants include jaguars, Giant Otters, and 20-foot caimans. The documentary also features tree sloths, anteaters, and colorful macaws, alongside Howler, Squirrel, and Spider Monkeys, as well as tapirs.
